Industrial Electronics Repair at Component Level

When industrial equipment fails, every hour of downtime costs money. FishmanLab performs component-level diagnostics and repair of control boards, power supplies, interface modules, and industrial computers — including equipment without available schematics or that has been discontinued.

Our clients include manufacturing facilities, medical institutions, service companies, and independent technicians who need results, not excuses.

What We Repair

  1. CNC and PLC boards, frequency inverters
  2. Industrial power supplies and power modules
  3. Panel and embedded computers
  4. Medical and laboratory electronics
  5. Custom and non-standard modules
  6. Interface and communication boards

Beyond Standard Repair

We also take on tasks that don't fit neatly into standard service: modifying existing boards, developing replacements for discontinued modules, and building prototypes. If you have an unusual problem — let's talk.

What to Send Along with the Equipment

The more information provided, the faster and more accurate the diagnostics:

  1. Equipment model and a photo of the nameplate
  2. Description of the fault and the circumstances in which it occurred
  3. History of previous repairs or interventions
  4. Error codes or system messages
  5. Information about connected sensors, loads, and external modules

Diagnostics & Timelines

Diagnostics are charged — they are the foundation of accurate repair. Without a proper diagnosis, it's impossible to give a realistic estimate of cost or timeline. Diagnostics take up to 7 business days. With parts available, repair typically takes 3–7 business days. If rare components need to be ordered or a donor board is required, the timeline extends — we communicate this upfront.

Industrial equipment often arrives after accidents, extended downtime, overheating, power surges, or multiple previous interventions. In these cases, hidden faults may only appear during diagnostics or repair — even if the equipment was partially functional at the time of handover. We inform clients of this before starting work. See the diagnostics policy for details.
