These terms provide a basic service framework for diagnostics, repair, and equipment handoff at the lab.

General service terms

  • Equipment is accepted by prior arrangement only.
  • Final pricing is normally provided after diagnostics unless a fixed scope was agreed in advance.
  • Repair time is an estimate and may change based on complexity, queue load, and parts availability.

Warranty scope

Any warranty, if provided, applies only to the specific work performed or parts replaced. It does not cover unrelated faults, corrosion, physical damage, or newly developed failures.
